We all live in a very busy time. We want to slow down, but just cannot. That’s when I find myself unwinding with a batch of yeast roll dough rising in my kitchen.
Baking bread is now becoming an art. I know when my hands and fingers are in the dough, (kneading, forming, rolling or stuffing), it brings back those slower times when we lived a simpler life.
The texture of the dough is very therapeutic to my hands as they slow down to a relaxing workout. The aroma at the time of baking, slow deep breaths to savor the smell and that first bite, brushed with melted butter soon to be melting in your mouth. Who wouldn’t want to slow down for that?

- Enjoy leftovers or bake ahead of time, since all of our bread products freeze very well.
- Shelf life in freezer is 3 months, and remember to double-wrap before freezing.
