Cheesy Cheddar Bread

Placing Chees on dough

1-Bag of Alice’s Yummy Yeast Roll Mix, Home Style or 100% Whole Wheat (Just follow easy step by step instructions provided.)
1-8oz. block sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2- 8 inch round or 2- 1# loaf pans,  greased

After the first rise of the dough, divide dough into 2 balls, let rest 3-5 minutes
Turn balls over, flatten & shape into a rectangle – 6 by 8 inches, 1/4-1/2 inch thick for loaf pans} or round circle for round pans.
Divide & sprinkle cheese over each shaped ball.
Jelly roll for loaf pans or jelly roll round the outer round edges to the center to form a round loaf.
Pinch seams to prevent cheese from melting out of bread. Place pinched side down in pans.
Let rise until double in size.

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with butter.
