Hot Pepper Cheese Flat Bread1 Bag of Alice’s Yummy Yeast All-Natural Roll Mix

1  1/2 cups Hot Pepper Cheese

1 Medium Jalapeño Pepper, sliced thin

Follow easy step-by-step instructions inside the roll mix bag.

After the first rise of the dough, press dough down, form a ball and place in a 9″x13″ shallow greased pan, let rest 5 minutes.

Spread 1/4 cup Hot Pepper Cheese and half of the Jalapeño Pepper slices over perforated, buttered dough.

Top with remaining (all but 1 Tablespoon) Hot Pepper Cheese and remaining pepper slices.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Let rise until double in size.

Bake in a preheated oven on bottom rack in 375 degree oven (350 degree gas oven) until outer edges begin to brown (12-20 minutes).

Remove from oven.  Enjoy hot, warm, or cold.
