Tomato Basil Flat Bread1 bag of Alice’s Yummy Yeast All-Natural Roll Mix

1 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup finely grated Asiago Cheese

1/2 cup chopped or julienne cut sun dried tomatoes

6 large fresh sweet basil leaves, chopped

Melted butter for brushing

Follow easy step-by-step instructions inside the roll mix bag.

After the first rise of dough, press dough down, form a ball, and place in a 9″x13″ shallow greased pan, let rest 5 minutes.

Turn ball over in pan, flatten, and spread in pan.  Using a pizza cutter, cut 8-10 slits across dough, brush with melted butter.

Spread 1/4 cup of Mozzarella Cheese and 1/4 cup of Asiago Cheese over perforated, buttered dough.  Top with half of chopped basil leaves.  Add all but 1 Tablespoon each of both cheeses over basil leaves.  Top with remaining basil leaves and sun dried tomatoes.  Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Let rise until double in size.  Bake in a preheated oven on bottom rack in 375 degree electric oven (or 350 degree gas oven) until outer edges begin to brown (12-20 minutes).  Remove from oven.  Enjoy hot, warm, or cold.
